Making Chinese Dumpling

In this class, you will be able to select 2 different type of hands on dumplings from our menu at the end of the page to learn how to make them.

Confucius once said “rolling dumplings is the way to a man’s heart.”

 

Here at our cooking workshop, we will learn the traditional techniques and classic fillings in making these flour-based goodies, roll and stuff our dumplings with all the love we can muster.

 

You will not only learn how to knead and roll the dough, to create gourmet fillings for your stylish dumplings, but you will also learn the stories behind some the most prized and popular dishes enjoyed all over China.

In this class, you will be able to select 2 different type of hands on dumplings from our menu at the end of the page to learn how to make them.   

We emphasise a teaching style based on actually doing rather than watching. After cooking the dishes we eat the meals together and informally explore Chinese culture, folk-lore and customs. 

Price: RMB1800 for up to 2 people

RMB500 per additional person

(Including expert fee, class room space and food materials)

Program is 2hrs, Meeting Point: Direction's in both Chinese and English will be provided for you to arrive at our starting point.
